The book's design is original and sympathetic. Pizza dough recipes are over-dosed for two. I would have to redo them by dividing the dough ball obtained but the first time it was not: The basic recipe for pizza dough thin given a super thick paste pizza to the point that she had to touch my resistance pizza oven cooking by overly inflating; Resistors which are located several centimeters above the pizza! So very disappointed. But maybe it would be better by adapting ... In addition I use another dough recipe that is perfect. (G flour by about pizza and not 300 or 450 !!) Otherwise toppings recipes are not uninteresting. This gives ideas. So mixed. There must be better.
