For a load current of 1A keeps allerdingsnur 5.25 hours, which corresponds to a capacity of only about 5 Ah.
Also an exchange on an identical Power Bank did not change this.

Conclusion: The product is not as stated by far. Based on the price but you can say price / performance ratio is acceptable.
