Device is Linux compatible - not manufacturers

When digitizing analog sources (Phone / Tape) unfortunately dropped repeatedly from a channel (Gain 01).
After some back and forth with the input type (Inst / Line) I can persuade the unit usually for longer cooperation.
About the monitor output on the device / and the LED ring on the input channel itself is clearly heard / seen that the input reception is disrupted here.

The standardized questions for problem detection (computer-specificity functions / software information) will appear first checks whether the device is operated mi of the manufacturer software under Windows.

Although obviously the problem is not to look at the PC / software side, you mean the default response:
"Linux is not supported as an operating system for our products officially. What is the reaction to a Mac or Windows computer using the current USB2 driver?"

Anyone who wants to operate the device under Linux, should not expect any support.
