I found it very difficult to find the right position for the earphones. Use the handset was easy for me when I left ear had a little more trouble. Of course, in-ears almost always a little more difficult with respect to the good fit, but here I was already exceptionally annoying. Also because I had got the right fit, the sound is surprisingly good - for the price range! I read in a review, the earphones would be comparable to cheap headphones (smartphone add-on).
