Stylistically, both their predecessors have remained seemingly faithful, which I find very good. "Alive" sounds a little more like Nick Little More's main project "Pnau" and will surely (and hopefully) a summer hit. Potential, the song definitely. Luke and Nick's voice act in perfect harmony with the synth-heavy dance pop, especially the chorus invites to party a. It's nice that even Nick the chance is partly to give his vote for the best, but the unique voice of Luke Steele dominated most of the songs.
However: Anyone who has had too much expectations a second "We are the People" or "Walking On A Dream" is to get served there might be rather disappointed because Alive can outdo the two hits is not necessarily, but is not bad. And that's exactly what I need. It may not be better for me but as long as it is not bad, I am completely satisfied. You have to listen to it several times, and the song wins for me every day more facets and it is a "Grower". One must possibly first listen something and something befriend it.
I hope the song will get here in Germany enough attention and I really like the song rauszubrüllen at a concert, so I hope the EOTS again coming to Germany)
