Compared to my Lumix FZ 200, with which I am very happy for a long time, has the SX60 has some features that would me already fallen. The feel is good, the camera is good and well balanced in the hand.

But the picture quality! Noise about noise - and not just at the long end of zoom. After I indeed a Canon DSLR own and thus am very satisfied (although they, since I have the FZ1000, is hardly used), I did not believe and they exchange them for my FZ200 the bad reviews.

No Comparison! The Lumix is ​​much better even with the zoom extension via "i-Zom" in picture quality. By the way - also the stability disappointed when zooming, no comparison with the FZ200. What is Canon thinks - or wants to sell about Canon no longer Bridges? Even my "pocket-camera" TZ61 suggests the SX60 in (almost) all respects ....

I for one will stay for the time being in the Lumix FZ200 and wait for the successor (the FZ1000 it's not), there also could not convince me the Sony HX400.
