Despite the great reviews on this book, I am disappointed by the lack of diversity of revenue and pies submission of proposals. In form, the book is really original and quality. The cover is solid, the pages are thick, resistant to splashes and pastry work dirt. But what a disappointment when the presentation pies. We will miss almost ... The presentation is a total boredom and repetitive. No creativity in aesthetics pies. Personally, every Sunday, I am working with relish, to pâtisser a good pie and diversify its content ... but also its aesthetics, its presentation. I want the video to my guests like it as much as taste. Does not it say that the first tasting is with eyes? So obviously I recommend this book. It is beautiful, good, practical and stirs our gluttony each page.Mais lacks a severe substantive work. I would have liked to 5 stars. But I must admit, this book is perfectible. I hope that the next edition will be even better .... A word to the good appetite at all ;-) ;-)
