The Li-Jon battery is installed fixed (soldered). Such batteries have a limited lifespan (about 3 years). It is not available as spare parts from Philips. Here the company operates Philips willfully obsolescence. Did it happened with model HS040 and RQ1150 / 16 looked at: the same everywhere.
