Delivery: I have my washer ordered on a Thursday evening and received the email that the device has left the warehouse, was handed over to DHL and the shipper would set no later than Tuesday in touch with me. As it still came no message until Wednesday, I have requested from Amazon, as the state is. I was then told that everything would be ok, the shipper would now soon contact me. Friday the same week I received the information, my dishwasher has been lost in transit, please send a new out. Three days later, also reported actually a forwarding and told me a delivery date. When asked if a different time is possible, I got a no. The promised flexible appointment there was not so. I therefore had to take a half-day holiday. At least as promised to the final pitch on the fourth floor was then carried me on the delivery day. All in all, I've been waiting more than three weeks on my dishwasher.
