It is therefore not clear that the 20 cm diameter refers to the upper mold and the base is smaller! I needed a cake pan that diameter to make a cake, then I have to cut and place in a circle of 20 cm ... but with these dimensions, my pasta discs will necessarily be smaller than my circle !
To be honest, I thought the base and the top of the mold would be the same size ... Since there are molds missed Rights and other flared, but we have no information about it either difficult to guess.
I just checked on the website of Gobel, the dimensions are clearly indicated it: D 200-175 - H 45 whereas here it says "9.9 x 20 x 4.4 cm" ... it will still explain what it means 9.9? It would be very wise to put your records up to date to avoid unpleasant surprises.
