Oh, those were the days when the Chemical Brothers 1999 "Surrender" brought out. The opener "Music: Response" shows how it's done. Dissonances and beats at the highest level. Here is not a bit out of place. "Out of control" is a whole range of emotions freely, "Let forever be 'sounds as if it were a piece of a guitar combo," Got glint? "Thrilled with its brittle bass and faraway melodies," Hey boy, hey girl' sounds somehow 80s breakdance songs. I think Mr Simons and Rowlands likely this album appear in retrospect to be quite threatening. It has set the bar in high places that they will never achieve again. The successor albums »Come with us" and "Push the button" lacks the ingenuity and virtuosity of "Surrender". Of course, "Galaxy Bounce" or "Galvanize" very good songs, but the album as such sink into the morass of monotony. Surrender? - Yes, I surrender. Five stars for the best album of Chemical Brothers!
