The game is incredibly fun and was really worth it to buy, but I recommend not to buy the Collector's Edition you because:
The guide is currently perhaps a handbook but no more, and the USB flash drive just looks good and has otherwise no greater meaning.
Therefore Sims 3 yes but not the Collector's Edition.
