This charger does not deliver 2A. I bought two in order to keep one at home and the second office.
Neither one nor the other happens to recharge my tablet.
As an Amazon customer, I am surprised that they (Amazon) do not check the characteristics of the products sold on their site.
In this case, it's false advertising because after measurement on the test bench, I confirm that the two chargers received do not provide two amps. By cons, they operate on a phone that requires 500mA.
