Does not conform

Have this firewood purchased at the stoking of my wood stove, however, realized that the wood has extremely smells when unpacking from the box! And not to dry wood but for something oily!
After the first firing test was then quickly becomes clear that this wood is not suitable to cheer my furnace. The wood needed for extremely long burning, smoldering extreme and the disk of my furnace was immediately brownish oily deposits!
Since I heat my home with wood (partially) for over more than 10 years, I can safely say that the wood we have received (at least these two packages) did not agree with the data "8% residual moisture" and "untreated" !

After unfortunately no free returns procedure is offered by the seller (2 packages á 28KG costs at DHL already more than the product price) will probably find this wood its way to the recycling center!
