At first I had tried to secure the bracket using the metal disk on the dashboard. Unfortunately, the metal plate broke after a few minutes again. Since the adhesive was completely removed from the plate and left on my dashboard, a attaching elsewhere was also no longer possible. Therefore 1 star deduction.

To the extent that negative criticism.

Positives: attached to the windshield with suction cup keeps the mount bombproof. There is no vibration and the mobile phone (HTC) is securely and firmly. The often mentioned here (too) slow opening of the bracket I can not confirm - but is probably a question of patience. I can take out my cell phone within 2 seconds - enough for me!

Conclusion: Would I buy again.
