This knife does what it should - namely cut. It is well balanced, very sharp and cuts of meat, fruit and vegetables without any problems. Only the rubber grip is something open to criticism (both bought knives). At the cutting edge of the handle is flush with the metal from (the rubber therein has the same diameter as the metal). At the end of the handle of the rubber, however, is so compressed that it can withstand (the diameter of the rubber is significantly greater than the metal end of the knife). This leads to a somewhat unsightly and troublesome edge. Thus, almost 4 star.
Addendum; I have a picture of the handle set. The protruding rubber is good to see. It is also seen that the end of the knife (in the picture the bottom) is round. By contrast, the top is deformed.
