Battlefield Bad Company 2 complies with what I had hoped for Call of Duty 6 (MW2). And I'm hardcore Call of Duty fan since the first part. And actually I never liked Battlefield 2 really like because I control more than a bit stiff and the whole rigmarole Commander and Command felt rather disturbing. From this negative connotation nothing has remained: The game is alive and free and just fun!
So I can only say I'm super surprised by Bad Company 2! And I'm very grateful that it is now, so to speak is a worthy successor to the CoD4 MW2 disaster.
The gaming experience is terrific - the sounds and the graphics are simply gorgeous. A real eye-catcher, a blast! There is nothing overly colorful or complicated. It's simple and real and loud and you're right in the middle, not just a bystander. I want more of it - every day!
The new unlockable weapons extras and specializations are top quality and plentiful. And the new game modes add variety, they also promote the teamplay.
Limited Edition:
The version on right at the start 5 or 6 free extras that you usually (with the Standard Edition) would play only free. This takes a few days. The Limited therefore worthwhile not really. In addition, for me only 2 of extras have been useful: The Thompson submachine gun (M1A1) for all classes (preferably used when Pioneer) and the alternative weapon for vehicles (MG or guided missile). As the price compared to the standard but almost the same, you should strike.
Updates / bugs / problems:
I bought the game for about 3 months after release. After installation, it immediately gave updates automatically. With this version, I've found no disturbing errors or problems after a week intensive games. Every few days flickered the ingame graphics some (black screen). The disappeared but always after a few seconds or by server-Connect ... and since I switched to DX9 is completely gone. In addition, you can not assign to the key for the initial menu (Multiplayer, Enter key) otherwise. Otherwise, I noticed nothing negative.
Finally, an appeal:
The makers and publishers of titles such as Call of Duty, Silent Hunter .. and other disastrous software lumps (also by EA!) .. Where now the copy is more important than the actual game .. should be a thick thick thick slice of DICE cut. It would be best if you, throw the dirt, you brought in to sell the past few years the same in the garbage, not even what new plans and instead gambles Bad Company 2!
