To be honest I'm a bit disappointed from the new album of the Austrians from THE SORROW. I had expected the album a lot, just after the release of the 1st song "Crossing Jordan". If that then but remains the (by far) the best song of the record that is not a good sign. Overall, the songs lose their hardness and the choruses of catchiness. It settles hardly anything. Exceptions are the mentioned "Crossong Jordan" with clean chorus and hard breakdown in the middle, and "Grief Machine". Who is, however, this song sounds a closer look notice a striking resemblance to "Darkest Red" from the debut album ... steals here a band at the 3rd album already by itself ??? Despite everything, can The Sorrow fans here safely access, because they get the whole but usual fare, it is pushed just a little more to the lard-gland. For whom the band was previously unknown, I recommend the debut album "Blessings Form A Blackened Sky", a masterpiece of metalcore that still regularly rotates in my player.
