Rocky, earthy, powerful and totally refreshing: IMMORTAL (1996) is not blues, but a knotless rock album without frills. It sounds like a direct precursor of the magnificent 37 DAYS (2007), just rocking and perhaps even more violent. The title song "Immortal" and the Blues-cracker "Am I the one?", But also the ballad "Hold Me Through The Night" or "Summer Is Gone" are simply great. Above all, of course, is the unique and primeval voice of Beth Hart!
For superior sound technical quality guarantees, among other producer Hugh Padgham (Genesis, The Police, etc.).
Those who love rock and untamed Beth Hart, this album must necessarily listen. The Bang Boom Bonamassa Group can, however, better their hands of it!
