This alarm clock meets all my needs. Visually, it looks quite chic, according to the price, of course, made of plastic, but without unpleasant odors. The display is an LCD screen, so it needs its own lighting. But that does not matter because when you tap on the touch-sensitive sensor at the top, a power-saving LED lighting turns on for a moment, which is usually sufficient to read the time in the dark. In addition, the clock also has but an optical sensor, which automatically ensures the correct lighting anyway. In a completely darkened room, the lighting is very low, so it interferes with sleep less than an LED alarm clock.
The most important thing in my view is the operator. I rarely need a manual, but when it comes watches never without. The instructions included English, but this is not bad because the images speak for themselves and the alarm clock can be operated intuitively. One simply selects what you want to set using the slide switch on the back (Date, Alarm, Time) and then set the date / time and alarm over the Min / Hour / Date / Month / Year button. There are 2 different alarm modes, 5 days and 7 days. In addition, 3 different alarm times can be set. The touch area on the upper side is an active alarm as a snooze button.
In addition to the date and time and the room temperature is displayed. So it saves an additional thermometer.
Particularly intelligent and environmentally friendly, the charging principle. There are no batteries and no external power supply, but a USB cable via the alarm clock can be used with a USB charger, which certainly is in every household, charged. So far, it creates the clock without recharge 2 weeks. Since an LCD display consumes little power and the lighting is very low key, I suspect that the battery hold out a few months without charging. If you consider that lithium batteries are designed for some 100 charging cycles, the clock should work so almost forever.
For me, this clock is ideal. Reasonable price, stylish design and intelligent energy supply. There are of me a clear recommendation.
