Easy to use, easy to clean

A good ricer, easy to learn, easy to clean (no residues in the holes). The holes are big enough and not purée is obtained quite smooth (I work hot potatoes, adding a little milk) but the result is very nice.

I used before good old range and the result is much better and especially faster with this ricer. As for the electric mixer, the result was poor because the mixed starch makes the ultra elastic puree.

I like this brand in kitchen and I'm not disappointed by this product, despite its high price.
