I wanted Guarana takes pre-workout products to try but my expectations are not met. there are some kick but not as good as an expensive booster fitness product. Of course it is much cheaper, but the solubility is very schlecht.ich do not know with what you can drink it. I have tried but no chance with water, milk, juices. You just have to put in water and swallow quickly :-). Packaging is cheap and no information about the product. I want to know the expiration date at least.
