Knowledge from the comparison and buying decision
The devices are, in terms of the individual parameters, broadly comparable. For me, the energy efficiency and power consumption are an important parameter, so that this point in the selection played for me the most important role. Priced all devices were about 100 Euro, the model of Tristar was almost 150 euros, which I could see no real added value.
In the short list (for A ++) then came the Exquisit GB 40-1 A ++ and the Bomann GB388. Both have absolutely comparable parameters. The prize at the Exquisit was at the time the research about 20 euros below the Bomann. The decisive factor was then ultimately that the Bomann is directly available from Amazon (no MarketPlace dealer). This was well worth it for me to pay a few euros more.
Use
The mini-freezer is GB388 used by us, as a supplement to Cooler / freezer combination in the kitchen, in our basement.
Conclusion
We are very pleased with the Bomann GB 388 and can recommend the model. If there are problems in the long term I would use the complete report here. What has surprised me that the famous brands such as Siemens, Bauknecht and Bosch are not represented at all in this area.
I hope the report was for the one or the other for the purchase decision helpful.
