I am very excited about this, although expensive but high-quality baking sheet. After much deliberation I decided against an aluminum sheet and I was not disappointed so far. It bakes anything and the cleaning is very easy. With the Pizza Roller can be cut directly on the plate, just in cake and that will add just a lot of advantages! Strong buy recommendation.
