Graphics and Presentation: high (the big Chinese city) and downs (snowy lands) but efforts overall and a good overall quality. The characters are very well modeled and animated menus are nice. Loading time too and a display loss if you play two separated on the same TV screen.
Maneuverability: close to RE5 with novelties (move drawing, quick shots, cover system flawed and useless body overkill body, stamina bar etc.). The camera is located very close behind the shoulder of the character which occupies about a third of the screen. The feeling of claustrophobia is reinforced by the tight framing but this can cause problems in the presence of many enemies. It is a bias that may displease. To note, the QTE are very present and for some very badly inserted.
Scenario: completely unreadable, superficial, predictable (a habit in Resident Evil in general). You will find however some heroes of previous episodes and new protagonists.
Life and replayability: 4 campaigns 5 chapters each, to fully play online or local co-operation for around 30 hours of gameplay the first time. A good point in a series that counts rather short games. Multiple bonuses and additional modes end to make the episode as provided in the series.
General Interest: RE6 had raised so many expectations that the result leaves a strange feeling. We are facing a textbook case on the fact that quantity does not always mean quality. Capcom has outrageously statement on the scope of the project, we are entitled to ask whether the staff included a debugging team, as some phases of the game are frustrating and should never have to spend the final cut in the state. To conclude, there is some moments of grace playing, alternating with well dispensable times. On the question of whether the Japanese studio would not hit himself by a bioterrorist attack ...
