Entertaining strategy game

So far I have not written any reviews. In this case, me but the two negative reviews appeared above completely unjustified, so that I had to act, so to speak! :)
One would initially suspect that it is in this game is a trivial implementation of the movie to still neat to tap on the games market coal, but this is not so:
With few exceptions, therefore I've been playing really only strategy games (Praetorians, Empire Earth, Stronghold, etc.) and have a little experience in this genre. I have to say that Lord of the Rings I really enjoy most.
The graphics are very impressive, especially the magic effects of heroes such as Gandalf. Even the background music promotes the atmosphere as it is the original soundtrack.

The various nations have different advantages and disadvantages, and with all of the appropriate tactics, the victory is to win. There are on each side of a wealth of company
different units, which must be carefully used.
With haphazard tactics can absolutely achieve anything in this game. Example:
My proud army of horsemen of Rohan has simply turned rode all enemies and with rank 10 already reached the highest rank (the higher the rank, the more powerful the units).
Several units Easterling (Morder foot soldiers with lances) approach. I reach for the proven tactics and my (now) glorious Rohan riders are completely wiped out already in the first wave of attack, destroyed the rest of the melee.
I wanted to really make it clear that the strategic options are very diverse, which provide 4 different nations with their different units and tactical opportunities for long-lasting fun. Along with very good graphics and atmospheric music gives a really good strategy game.
