As a very big minus is the fact that the cover towards the handle has an opening. From this hot condensate or espresso flows during the cooking process down the handle. This leads firstly to minor burns and also means that our ceramic hob is completely filthy after cooking espresso because the whole course dripping onto the cooking surface.
Having already had several Bialetti stove in function we have to realize that the reputation of that mark no longer is what it was used - a pity!
However, we will recognize a positive taste of espresso that still fits!
