Alan Wake (video game)

Customer Review

The many positive reviews, I agree with you.
When playing "Alan Wake" you almost feel like a protagonist in a movie or a series, and indeed a very good!
First, a view of the gameplay: As already mentioned here, the variety in terms of the enemy is not just huge, it has mainly to do with obsessive of the dark beings or objects. And the combat situations (especially in the woods) repeat itself partially, as the principle of fighting, achieve control / light source. But there anyway of having no rating trigger, because I do not really found this to be annoying or even boring. It was tremendously exciting at all times, in between there are always real shocking moments (even if I expected it took effect), and often one longs the next lamp or the sun literally brought and is deeply facilitated by the "darkness "just managed to escape again. Walking through dark forests or sinister cities, crumbled mines, power plants or junkyards me Uncollected dense and oppressive atmosphere always fully and in between doing a nervous break times really good. In places, there was a similar feeling on like Silent Hill, and also with respect to the complex and multi-layered story, there are certain similarities.

Where we already talking about the next point would be: The Story. It is another pound, with the "Alan Wake" may proliferate. On the content of the story I will sometimes not go into detail, but let's just say, you can make a lot of thinking about and puzzled constantly while playing, how it goes well. It is not easy, really something tangled story ever to follow in some places and even after the game did not I understood everything 100% and it took a little research =). The cutscenes are beautifully done and even during the levels are always small cross-references such as graffiti, mysterious TV and radio broadcasts.

In short, "Alan Wake" is a great, very dense atmospherisch action-adventure with a good portion Psycho horror and a deep, engaging storyline. Highly Recommended!
