This external sound card I use has mainly listen to music on my PC. The sound is much better than the headphones on the PC: no background noise, absolutely no breath and no sizzle. The sound is really clean! In addition to this, technical performance are worthy of cards worth much more expensive, including a near-perfect frequency response. The RCA outputs are used to connect the PC has an amp with its very own output. The only flaw I found it is the jack that makes it a little cheap ...
