After a year of use, a shrill whistle appeared in the left atrium when the noise is enabled (whistling loudly enough to be painful): The headset only be used in "classic" mode without reduction active noise -> Note from 4 stars to one.

Start with the contents of the box: a manual paper the size of a tablecloth when unfolded, earphones, a USB cable (standard connector) to charge the device, ear adapters in three different sizes, a small case.
The noise abatement is impressive: it is very effective for low-frequency sound (a humming air conditioning, a train engine ..), but less for the voices that we keep hearing (the voice however disappear once you listen to music).
The sound quality is very good, without appearing to me exceptional.
After a few weeks of use, a faulty contact occurs at the jack (a syndrome that leaves only a listener). This portends the worst .... I must say that the jack is battered by the weight of the anti-noise device.
Another term for product durability: it is not possible to change the battery.
These two concerns led me to remove a star.
Note that the "i" model (20i) has a remote control that works only with Apple products (one must choose the QC20 model without the "i" for android devices)
Possessor of noise-canceling headphones Bose Quiet Comfort 15 (QC15), here are some points of comparison:
- These headphones can operate without battery charged (in this case we do not have the noise)
- Noise attenuation is almost as good as the QC15
- Contrary to QC15, you can use these headphones ... walking (the sound of his own footsteps is amplified by the QC15)
- Quality music listening seems to me the QC15 top
