I just bought to the change from the miniature camera in the DSLR League behind me and fit the Olympus E-620 with Double Zoom Kit. Even without a manual you can quickly cope with the basic functions. The scene modes facilitate handling; you can easily reach good results. Alternatively, the savvy user has of course all of the options in the manual setting available. The whole thing fits in a truly compact enclosure - a major selling point for me, because I do not want to carry around hundreds of kilograms of equipment with me. I use to transport the Slingshot 100 AW Lowepro and thus reach quickly the camera without having to constantly sell the backpack. The camera fits comfortably in your hand, the lenses make an impression of quality and the results have been very convinced me. The camera is ready quickly, thanks to the pivoting monitor can sometimes create pictures from unusual perspectives. The only negative point is so far the included software (Olympus Master / Studio 2), although enough for basic tasks, but of course no substitute for a good image editing program.
