Even though I run the risk of being insufficiently "helpful", I concentrate on the here not yet sufficiently been described, in my opinion:
Short acquaintance to: The tea tastes simply outstanding: he though not float freely in the water, although, again and again pumped the water while dragging ", which actually just a brewing" is about the tea. Any purist will probably turn up their noses, but, but, really: The flavor is excellent, it is - and I am told a differentiated sense of taste by: Better than I've ever tasted tea.
The handling is convenient, the design of taste, I'll be out for about 15 years out of my black phase, but so what!
The cleaning is very tedious because you just do not simply dip a pot with integrated technology into the dishwater or even can make in the machine - logically, one should know in advance!
One small thing to complain: Why ask the unit beeps five times when the tea is ready in the sound that is reminiscent of McDoofs devices or a warning? Something "melodic" would have been nice.
Now two really annoying details:
1.) The pot keeps the tea 20 min. Warm. BUT: If you take it from the base, the function automatically turns off (for safety?). I place the pot back on the pedestal, I can no longer activate the warming function. I can only start the brewing new: The water heated while back, but I have to switch off again shortly before the brewing temperature reached since the pumping operation would otherwise begin again. Stupid, awkward: For me, the pot has thus no warm function. In the German service line is, you can activate the warming function with any keystroke. This is definitely wrong, in the English version it is clear that this is a translation error.
2.) You can choose between a brewing time of 2, 3, 4, and select 6 minutes.
Temperature levels, there are three: 85, 95, 100 degrees.
The connoisseurs noted my point: Yes, there are green teas, who want prefer only to the 60, 70 degrees "(she then simply taste better, for example, not bitter.) And only 1 to 2 like attract minutes.
Here a user-defined function would have been needed.
Conclusion:
All in all I am satisfied, not least because of the absence of alternatives in the same price segment. In love I had in the machines of Gastroback ", but the costs up almost three times as much.
I tend to 3.5 stars, but was only 3, because I already disturb the negative points and around 90 EUR but then a rather high price - even if the pot from Schott Glass is a big part of the machine is then just yet - plastic.
I do not regret the purchase because of the great taste and simple tea yet.

Reason:
Pitcher pumps no longer, probably the line is blocked because the pump noise you can hear. Ironically, this happened just after / during a cleaning with citric acid. All attempts made to free the tube again (with mouth blown, plastic syringe, vinegar) have failed.
Another negative factor that I noticed only after I prepare and black tea in the pot: At 100 degrees it takes a long time until the sensor reacts and terminates the heating process. So it can happen - and it is often already - that boiling water emerges under pressure or downright herausspüht - combustion and electric shock! I remember a review in which exactly was criticized here and understand this criticism now.
Conclusion 2:
Too bad, again, after almost two years of daily use, I would not buy the device again!

Pot again broken! Again, failure of the pump no longer hums.
Since the warranty has expired and I have thrown away the document, I'm going to finally separate me from this unit and not annoy me. I had hoped that the replacement unit would have been improved - on the contrary.
Conclusion 3:
This system is immature and can only take so long to benefit from its good idea of how the failure-prone technology join in it. I'm tired to be supplied as the end user with not so marked "betas".
Absolutely no more buy recommendation!
