I was long reluctant with the purchase of an ice machine. Now we have decided to use the Krups machine and our expectations were far exceeded. The machine is very easy to use and produces exquisite ice. Our first attempt was a yogurt and orange ice which (alone with the ingredients yogurt, cream, sugar and orange juice) succeeded fantastically. We had just made vanilla ice cream. The preparation of 0,5 l took about 20 minutes and the result was outstanding. A very creamy ice cream that melts on the tongue. As with typical Italian ice cream, it is best to enjoy the ice immediately, because the temperature in the freezer is too low for it, so it is very hard after freezing. The perfect consistency is reached at the end of the manufacturing process and then it tastes best. It makes sense to purchase a separate recipe book because there are a few recipe suggestions included.
