Feel:
Incredibly, feels great and very valuable.
Quality:
Outstanding!
One can begin with the housing (Mg-Leg.), Absolutely top! Clean gold and processed contacts and the handle sits later on the Cam as "in one piece".
Slot for the battery Batt. Carriage also very stable. I got a grip of 227 and am very satisfied.
Disadvantages: -> yes also available ...
Unfortunately, one is no longer ran without the handle to disassemble the battery always in the action. Too bad, something the inovation of Nikon would have been asked.
For me, but that does not matter so much, I bought it more for the handling of the Cam. That means: I have the battery only under control and finish. That's fine! It does not necessarily have the battery in the Cam be, so I can save the other and unscrew.
Buy recommendation! Absolutely! Handling as in professional equipment, as small candy a brilliant appearance. It looks like a beast !!
So if APS-C flagship with the feel and handling of a D4 wants to buy (almost) then sure!
Edit says:
I just wonder why the developers of Nikon are desw BG D80 / D90 went off the design. Since both batteries or AA batteries were so accessible that you did not have to unscrew the handle to get to the battery in the camera. Too bad. Must as it is now some have a different advantage or be cheaper wolh ;-)
Is an advantage I think: -> You can mignon 6 and take the battery = higher Kapa.! I would still prefer the D90 variant.
But I will stay with 5 stars!
