A wonderful little book about cookies. Not only the presentation is original in appearance "found in grandma's attic" and his cute little drawings, but the recipes are excellent. Cookies are crumbly biscuits, melting in the mouth, which (almost) everyone loves, plus they are easy and quick to make and virtually inratables (in the introduction the author gives you all the tips for success). In this book which presents over 60 recipes, you'll be spoiled for choice, with a few bonus savory recipes. Cookies freeze well. As for the scent that emerges during cooking ... open the door of your kitchen, you embalm the whole house. Prepare always a little more than expected because hot, at the exit of the oven, they are irresistible, especially those containing chocolate pieces. Cookies and dark chocolate and white chocolate! the latter substance and caramelize on top and edges and gives the cookie a wonderful taste of nougat ... Surprisingly, this is a chocolate that is not intended for cooking that gives the best results. I can not give brand but it is certainly the white bar of chocolate chewable best known for a long time and is found everywhere ... The cookies are so good, quick and easy to make they are great for improvising a snack, a party or just give in to a desire to have fun ... or to cheer up ... A book that will delight you.
