Since the hard drive for PVR recording to my TV like one between a small break I was inlaying looking for the solution of this problem. In support of the manufacturer gave you direct me to understand that it has to do with a high probability to the USB power supply of the TV to the TV unit.

To my shame I must confess that I also have extended the cable from the hard drive to 2 meters, because a hard drive with the included 35 cm cable I could not just terminals behind the TV. Because it seemed to me this solution the easiest I've just tested and behold: Problem solved!

Simply plug both plugs into the TV (one is responsible only for the power supply and significantly thinner) connected to my extension to disk, ready. Since then, no dropouts hard disk occurred more.
