Functionally, the best hand garlic press. Garlic with shell is not a problem. Very little waste. However, it is too weak aluminum at its thinnest point. In normal use, the smallest portion burst. I recommend washing in the dishwasher, because it is the material transferred aesthetically bad. Hand washing is sufficient, since it is used only for garlic.
