Extremely simple and sufficient!

I wanted to put myself in making my hygiene products and cosmetics but all I was required that I turn into a chemist and I use many products and difficult to implement.
There, simple ingredients (plants, essential oils, vegetable oils, clay ...), easy to find, few to each recipe requiring little manipulation and limited equipment.
I did not want to imitate the complexity of commercial products, I wanted simple and economical recipes: this is what I found in this book, simple, clear and what is more pleasant to view.
