The corrosion protection is really awesome. These are obviously a clear coat, which I could not remove with water and scouring or steel wool. With a clamped in a drill round sanding fleece I can then remove the paint within 30 minutes and have arrived where I wanted to go: to the bare iron.

It is completely incomprehensible to me why you do not just realized the corrosion protection with oil paper, would not know how many buyers use the wok with the clear coat because they think to have the corrosion protection has already been removed.

Otherwise, a nice piece of quaint Asia, in our package were even chopsticks in a small push case for which one can possibly pay in a Asialaden alone 10 euros.
