On the board is a counterfeit FTDI chip, so that the current FTDI drivers (2:12:00) makes this unusable. One can board although "revive" again with various hacks, but Windows makes it broken again and again. After several restoration attempts the FTI chip has finally given up on the board the spirit and the device is recognized only as "Unknown Device".
