The FTDI chip (USB to serial converter) on the board is a fake. That's why the FTDI device driver can not be installed. Only with pull-ups (driver installation manual) can the Board under Windows 7 up and running so that you can get used with Arduino. The board then runs, but who knows what other bodies are still there in the basement?

I can only advise against the purchase. Compatibility can be no question!
