Big Calm is much more than just a beautiful pop album with nice beats ... it is a pearl of pop music! The long unmistakable style mix of Morcheeba of dub, folk, soul, hip-hop and psychedelic music is a chill factor of a special kind! The album boasts ingenious melodies (Part of the Process, Let me see, Blindfold) and experimental sounds (such as ukulele sounds, Country-style slide guitar, trumpet torn scraps) ... but lives primarily by The wonderfully sweet voice Skye Edwards! For me, Big Calm is by far the most brilliant Morcheeba plant! Highly recommended ....
