The starting point for the purchase were years of back pain after only short hikes, and after a very brief standing and the typical slow shopping sprees. This is due to an existing for years degenerative weakening of the lumbar spine. Depending on what kind of shoes I use these soles, they carry significantly to very significantly to the improvement of wear and ride comfort with. Very significantly, the improvement of posture (upright, relaxed), and most of the motion improves with me while running. Running is "round" and knee and back gently. Even at very low cost, simple, easy street shoes with hardly molded sole, what I would call here once in the ergonomic sense as the lowest category, a relief of the feet can be felt, and those shoes are only comfortable carrying and laufbar through this insole. At the upper end of the scale considered my LOWA Renegade walking boots are pretty good quality, a slight to moderate hiking shoe category with already fairly well shaped ergonomic sole. Here optimum weight distribution is achieved toward midfoot through the insole, which makes the movement very round, flowing and gentle. Since then, my long, much backache freer hikes make greater satisfaction, last 17km with a short break, what I had previously never thought possible. Fatigue-related foot pain are anyway ever since no longer an issue. The Footlogics facing now about 2 months of wear in all used shoes (I put my one pair always order) and after many more hours of brisk walks practically no signs of wear on. Only a rather pleasant side effect, namely a slightly better resilience in the metatarsal area and a minimum conformation to the pressure points of heel and ball can be determined. But It may also require some getting used to the foot play a positive role to the sole. As I am rather close-fitting shoes, I cut on the outside of 2mm, but this works without any problems. The length agreed perfect for my shoe size 47, for the specified "to 49", they might be a bit tight. For me, the use of these soles has brought exactly the hoped-for success.
