+ Can be mounted on 3/8 and 1/4 thread
+ But can also be directly mounted on ball joints (Works for me in a Giotto MH1300 and a Triton PH29 (
+ Arca compatible in (I think) Benro variant. The locking screws of the plate can be removed if necessary, then it fits or similar on Sirui
+ Large U-bolt

- The only drawback: The gumming smells a lot like rubber.
