especially the drums appears to me difficult to overemphasized. Musically, the album certainly has a lot to offer - you realize the Donots their professionalism. BUT: For me, it feels as if the guys said here: ". So now let's set up on hard, really punk" And somehow this is not their profession. They are not as slimy as Broilers, you have to hold on. However, 'harder, punky' not fit for me to just such a fat blend. (Look Bitumen or Kotzreiz did that come 'punky' therefore.) Power-music in pop style as 'Wake The Dogs' was the Donots much better. And only the texts - umgotteswillen, what is this? 'No one is illegal', Strummer has also once again zombisieren through the area, why not, if we are ever even DeeDee and Joey doing? We are soooo Punk! Embarrassing embarrassing, these platitudes. Nenene that was lyrically unfortunately nothing. A few numbers are OK overall, but mostly I get the impression that this attitude ('hard and punky we are now') and nature (in the heart Power Popper) do not match. And the slow songs sound the same somehow.
Conclusion: PLUS music professionally, though not original MINUS unpunkig overproduced embarrassing clichéd lyrics
