Positive (+):
1. manual was with me there.
2. The device is easy to use.
3. The results of measurement are saved.
4. Batteries are also included.
5. You can choose 2 tariffs for major and minor time.
6. The support of the DIW-GmbH.de is great.

Negative (-):
1. The operating instructions are too confusing and inaccurate
2. The resetting of the results are explained in the manual wrong, and so the resetting would be impossible.
3. After resetting, unfortunately, the rates are set to zero.

Four stars because the price is unbeatable, from just 2 watts can be measured, and the support is great.

All who do not know how to perform a RESETT:

Hold down arrow key once, press and then press again but pressed until the display blinks 3x.
