I'm excited! Have for the first time worked with it. I eat gluten free since recently and because the baking of breads etc. a real problem. The finished product does not taste me all and the home-made were always too crumbly, had no real bread-consistency. Then I read about the use of psyllium husk powder. Tried and - love it! The bread has a wonderful consistency, adheres very long fresh. My Brotgenuss is saved!
