Finally a scientific book on personal development

After decoded particular psychology of illusion (Magic in Theory), studied for years the luck factor (The Luck Factor) and identified all scientific studies on unusual subjects (Quirkology), Wiseman tackles myths personal development.

His posture is to only give advice:
- Based on sound scientific experiments
- Applicable in under a minute.

It's been two sacred differences with all the books on this kind of subject, many of which seem written by charlatans.

Certainly, one can criticize this or that his positions or regret the lack of overall vision of the subject. It's probably not a book that will make you grow personally. But reading is a treat: it is sometimes informative, often surprising and always light and spiritual.
