Philips PQ203 / 17 Micro + 2HD electric travel shaver Men's Shaver Electric Shaver wirelessly battery (Personal Care)

Customer Review

I use at home to this day a classic electric shaver by Braun from the late eighties, because younger devices in my experience hardly have these quality and performance. I've tried many shrill plastic stuff, and I was never satisfied. (Yes, you too are meant Panasonic!)

For a longer stay in a Japanese Zen monastery I needed an off-grid electric shaver, and I wanted to try the Philips system also has long time. So I ordered the PQ203 Amazon in Japan and I'm thrilled! It is relatively quiet, he is very thorough, he is completely trouble-free, easy to handle, safe to operate, it also removes some long and entangled hair around the neck without trimmer, the operating time is good (I guess very roughly at least two weeks with eneloop) the supplied Hartetui is chic, durable and super convenient, the design of the razor is gratifying tidy, convenient and unobtrusive. The alkaline batteries supplied (not "batteries") are good for real mode and not, as so often just to "test" (according to manufacturer: 60 minutes operation).

With only two instead of three shaving heads everything takes as with most travel razors a bit longer. But the result is worth it in any case. However, I miss a car park for the cleaning brush.

This Philips is significantly better than a mediocre Procter & Gamble Braun MobileShave travel razor, which I bought in 2008, among others. (Of the much lamented exorbitant prices for sensitive Braun shaving foils to mention.) Whether current MobileShave are possibly better, I do not know.

Since the unit cost in Japan under nine euros, I bought three pieces precaution: one for luggage, a car entertainment, a for office. All work remains good since nine months. Warm recommendation!

Speaking of price: If you ordered the razor from Amazon UK and flown leaves, it is still cheaper than here.
