Since I've made no high quality with low cost vacuum cleaners (switch defective, broken hose), this time I opted for a slightly more expensive product, and indeed for the Vax Zen. Since purchasing has already passed more than 1 year, and I'm still happy. The equipment is extensive, especially the switchable electrical carpet brush is ideal for our dog household. The vacuum cleaner: good and solid processed, nothing rattles or wobbles. With the handle, it can be good carry, the wheels are large and roll well. The tube is longer than normal models. While I was able to suck up to the maximum 5 step (open staircase) with the old vacuum cleaner and for rest had to do either supporting or from upstairs, I'll go with the Vax at all steps. When vacuuming with the normal resolutions (parquet and carpet) it's the quietest vacuum cleaner I have ever had. Using the brush, it is, however, much louder. When the dust container opening flap for normal trash is too large dimensioned. One has to be very careful in order not to throw next. The engagement of the hose to the suction fünktioniert without problems. Because of the length of tubing and hose sucker I always separate so that the two can be better stowed. Suction power: With the carpet brush I get really sucked all dog hair from carpets. Where previously repeated editing of carpet was announced, I now only need 1 to 2 times to go over it, and all the hair is gone. I save here determined more than half of the time compared to my previous vacuums. The Parquet also does what they want Cleaning: Top 1 times per month. Why did my now thoroughly cleaned after 1 year, and it was not festive, what was everything to dust in the back. Took nearly 45 minutes to clean. The manual is actually helpful during disassembly. Especially the font is large and easy to read. All in all a purchase, I have no regrets. I find the Zen Vax recommended
